By November 10, 2014February 9th, 2017Car Accidents

A two-car crash closed the Puyallup River Bridge in Tacoma early Sunday morning. This rear-end collision did not result in any serious injury, but did damage the pillars of the bridge that connects Tacoma and Fife via Eells Street.

Rear-end collisions are among the most common type of car accident in Washington State. In recent years, these car accidents have become even more common due to an increase in distraction brought by electronic devices such as cellphones. While this particular accident did not result in serious injury, many rear-end collisions are catastrophic. In some instances they are even deadly.
